19- Any new candidate to the cooperative should be approved by 51% of the committee members.
20- Every member has the right with one voting voice
21- Distributing any beneficially shares among the members without any exceptions, depending on the grow of the property of each member, with the supervising of the members board.
22- It is prohibited for the members to talk to or discuss any religious, parties conversations inside the cooperative, but any donations or sponsors comes from any side is accepted without any specific rules or conditions.
23- A percentage profits from the benefits of the cooperative will be distributed on members, after studying the system. Which will be convenient for the farmers to grow up their lands cultivations
We have been informed by Agri. Eng. mr. lotf Karam karam that our new Certificate of Incorporation Registration for our Agriculture cooperative Union is: 255-T3
Continued from those who first congretulate and supported the cooperative association documents and certificates and needs were:
1- The President of the Municipality of hadeth-El-Joubbeh, president of the becharre province municipalities union, Sheickh Nawfal Slayman Chedrawy, who welcomed and hosted the first official electing meeting in his house, in the presence of the Cooperative Union bureau Board of north lebanon, who witnessed the election, on behalf of the Ministry. And more he was the first to donated for all the water digged hall , which will support all and any quantity of farmers, water needed for their gardens, as a gesture of encouragement from him.
2- Church of hadeth-El-Joubbeh servant Father habib Saab, who took free help responsablity of our media announcement to the public.
3- The cooperatives Union president of Lebanon, Mr. Joseph Tarabay, who approved and signed the certificate of registration of the Hadeth coop in a Marathon time, to support our agricultures needs.
4- Ex- Deputy Sheickh Jibran Taok, who supported the cooperative in obtaining the registration certificate
5- The ministry of electricity and water corporation affairs manager of the North Lebanon, Mr. Aziz Bassile, who supported personnaly in obtaining the needed official documents of the water digging certificate
6- The water official bureau manager of the Becharre district Mr. Charbel bechara, who rapidly worked in helping achieving the necessary document for the Digging water certificate
7- The president of the hadeth new cooperative Union,Engineer Lotf Karam Karam , who worked hardly, and pay part of the expenses personally, to obtain and establish the Union cooperative of Hadeth-El-Joubbeh.
8- The vice president of the hadeth new cooperative Union, Mr. George Antoun Chedrawy ,who worked hardly, and pay part of the expenses personally, to obtain and establish the Union cooperative of Hadeth-El-Joubbeh.
9- The Lebanese forces bureau of Hadeth represented by his managers:Mr. Elias Doumit Ghossayn and Mr. Tony Daniel Elia, who helped in achieving the certificate works.
10- Mr. Tony Roumanos salameh, for his anthousiasm, in supporting the president Mr. Lotf Karam, during the visits and examinations of the ministry of water bureau, to approve the reality of our application on field.
