Above is the photo of Mr. Daniel Youssef Bou Chaiban, a newly enthousiast farmer, who responded to the appeal of giving back the life to the soil, started plantation in his lands with his brother Raymond Youssef Bou Chaiban.
Mr. Daniel Najib Khoury-Hanna, after finding the encouragement of his colleagues in hadeth toward the agriculture, was very interrested to participate to the Union in the year 2007
Mr. Daniel Najib Khoury-Hanna planted his new lands during 2007 at the Jib-Haoon area
he planted two seperated lands which he bought recently for this purpose
1- The first planted with 165 Apple trees
2- The second planted with 150 Apple trees
He is planning for the future if the water will be available in the coming season, he would like to plant 500-to 700 new Apple trees
Mr. Daniel and Mr, Raymond Youssef Bou Chaiban started their new plantation seriously this 2007 year season
Concerning Mr. Raymond Youssef Bou Chaiban, he was an cultivator , whom co-operate with many proprietors of lands in hadeth to plant and agriculture their lands in corporation.
But, when the new farmers youth begun their interrest in re-planting their territories, Mr. Daniel Youssef Bou Chaiban encourage his brother Raymond, to agriculture their own landscape.
This gesture was very much appreciated by their colleagues of Hadeth
This Bou Chaiban family enthousiasm resulted as first step a new beautifull garden planted in year 2007
Their plantations took place at:
1- The Zmaymireh area with 150 Apple trees
2- The nabii Al-Kizzab area with 150 Apple trees
3- Al- Fkhit area with 100 Apple trees
The dream of mr Daniel and mr. Raymond Youssef Bou Chaiban is very wide for their plans in the future if the water will be available 2008-- they will increase their plantations in high number of trees with their other brothers
